Thing 1 and Thing 2 are ready for U!

February 23, 2012

So this cute idea came to me and this being the first year I tried it I’m sure there are kinks in it. I am creative but no artist so I’m sure someone out there in the bloggy world can spruce this idea up a bit. Anyway this is what we did today — they loved it!

Here are some of them – also the bright blue yarn I used…

Here is the board – the ones that didn’t fit will go onto the windows.  A mom helper put them on the board for me.

They also wrote about their favorite book which I got from

http://frompond.blogspot.com/

What do you think?

I’m going to try and attach the template pattern I made for their heads…

Super cute – when I try to download the template for their heads it says "you need permission to access" or something like that.

    Hi Holly,
When I click on it — it opens but it comes out small not proper size for 8 1/2 X 11 doc. I scanned it on my computer and then saved it in google docs as a PDF. I need to figure this out because this is the second time something has come out smaller than it should. So much to learn ;o/ Thanks for telling me though. Maybe someone out there can give me tips. :o)
