We had a blast with Snowflake but all good things must end I suppose. So this was how we found her on her final day with us.
She was sitting in front of our computer with this note typed out…
We had a great time Snowflake…thanks for making our classroom super fun in December.
I know March seems very far away but — I just posted a new unit called…
Leprechaun on the Ledge
It is a fun unit with all sorts of printables and fun pages to do in March as well as a similar idea to Elf on the Shelf. With just weeks before Spring Break your kiddos might be getting antsy. Why not try using the Leprechaun on the Ledge to keep them engaged? Fun stuff you can check out here.
Happy New Year dear friends!! xoxox
Leprechaun on the ledge is a VERY cute idea!!

I just started this year with Randall the Reindeer (same idea as elf on the shelf). I've really enjoyed seeing the mischief everybody's elves have gotten up to this year. I think next year, Randall will be getting a lot more mischevious. I just ended with a note on the chalkboard after the kids left for Christmas break so they will see it when they come back.
Thanks for sharing all your great ideas. They have inspired me!
I haven't seen the Leprechaun on the Ledge. Every year the Leprechaun visits our classroom on St. Patty's day and leaves a MESS! Chairs turned over, supplies strewn all over, Leprechaun footprints (green shamrock die cuts) left behind… SO FUN! Then they all try to find the Leprechaun. Once a group of students thought he was hiding in one of our first grade teacher's car! Hahaha!
Thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm your newest follower!
